Once all the formalities are settled, we ensure a swift move-in process, typically within a week.

Absolutely! Our properties are well-maintained, and we offer timely maintenance services as needed.  Issues can be reported via our property management software or directly to us.

We primarily focus on long-term leases to ensure stability for our tenants. However, on occasion, we might have properties available for short-term lease. Please inquire directly for current availability.

We understand the importance of pets in many families. While some of our properties are pet-friendly, others might have restrictions due to various reasons. It’s always best to discuss your specific requirements with us.

The security deposit is the equivalent of 5 weeks rent. It is returned at the end of the lease, minus any deductions for repairs or unpaid rents. We ensure a transparent process and provide a detailed breakdown if any deductions are made.  The deposit is paid over to My Deposits (a Government approved deposit holding scheme) and you will be issued with a Deposit Protection Certificate.

Yes, we have been a member of the National Residential Landlords Association (RNLA) for over 20 years.

Our single family homes are rented unfurnished to allow you to create your own style in the property.  Our house shares are fully furnished as these tend to be shorter lets by people who haven’t accumulated their own furniture yet.  The kitchen is fully equipped and each bedroom has a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.  Where possible, we fit shelves above the desk with down lighting.

Our longest single family let is 14 years and still going. Our longest room let is over 5 years. These are testament to how we look after our tenants, and the property.
